The plain sandbag. Simple yet effective. The natural way to train! Mainly for squatting, carries, pressing and over the shoulder. Bags 10kg to 45kg are pillow case shaped whilst 50kg or more are cylindrical in shape. All sandbags are closed with a ring, golf ball and cable ties, all of which are supplied as part of the order.
- Our plain sandbags are single skinned.
- Sandbags 50kg and heavier are made with a round base and have a circumference of 110cm; lower weight bags are made in a pillow shape with a smaller circumference. 100kg + bags have a circumference of 128cm.
All bags are embroidered with our logo and the weight. You are welcome to spice things up by choosing your own colour combinations.
