Tactical Lite Bag

The tactical bag or assault bag is a versatile piece of kit for functional training which was initially designed for running. Having the looped straps on either end, these can be comfortably held whilst the bag is across the back of the shoulders. It has since found its use to include movement similar to those when using a Bulgarian bag (you can use it for swings, deadlifts presses etc although at lighter weights)
